Introduction to HDPhotoHub
Here is a brief video introducing you to HD Photo Hub’s powerful system. You’ll see how to retrieve pre-formatted website, feature sheets and social media tiles, and also how easy it is to personalize them to suit your preferences. Below are quick references to what you’ll see in the video
Site Summery
When the assets are added to HDPhotoHub, you will receive a completion email that will have links to your property site. This will bring you to your overview of all we have delivered to you. The first page you will see is a site summery page with a menu on the left side to have full access to all parts of your Marketing Kit.
Site Media
To access your photos, your floorplans, and your iGUIDE you can go to site Media on the left-hand menu. Here, you can download your assets, rearrange your photos by dragging and dropping, highlight the feature photos. Remember that clicking on the star (indicated by the gold frame) makes these feature photos the first that will be used in slide-shows, social media tiles and feature sheets, so make sure that 3 to 6 or 8 have been selected as your favorites.
Site Data
Site Data is where you can input information about your listing, including the MLS number, written description, beds and baths, square footage, etc. Please note that the square footage will be populated from the number you input when you created the appointment, so please review the floorplan (and strata allotment where appropriate) for the most relevant square footage reporting.
Print Materials
Print Materials give you easy access to flyers that you can customize and print, or download.
Site Design
Start with “open preview”. If you like what you see, FANTASTIC. Copy and paste the link everywhere you can! If you’d like to see different colors, layouts, music, etc., click on “select design style” or “adjust design settings” and you can personalize your website.
Site Activation
The Site Activation page will let you upgrade to the Marketing Package if you haven’t already. If you’ve yet to make your property site “live” you can do so by clicking “Go Live Now”.
Marketing Kit
Finally the Marketing Kit section allows you to get everything you need for marketing. Downloads are there, links to iGUIDE and videos; even QR-codes for your signage! As you scroll, you’ll find dozens of useful social media tiles - all customizable. At the bottom, you can take the provided photos and organize them into a slide-show set to music - which can be published by themselves or as an added multi-media component on your property site.
