Colour and Light:

Rendering color is of HUGE importance to property marketing! Is what you see online what you’re going to get? I always say, “every positive expectation met by the in-person experience brings you one step closer to a generous offer!” Using flash photography techniques allows me to precisely capture colors under known light conditions. Adding ambient (non-flash) layers to flash exposures takes a bit more time, but allows natural shadows and highlights to accompany these true colors!
